Returns/Exchange Policy
All custom merchandise is considered FINAL SALE after the order has been placed and production has taken place. Furthermore, we cannot restock customized products.
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. All claims must be reported within 7 days upon receipt.
We can only provide returns/refunds for custom products if 1) you received the wrong order/product or 2) a defective claim has been issued. If you receive a product that you believe is defective or unacceptable quality, please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery.
